Right of withdrawal and delivery conditions

Right of withdrawal for consumers in the sense of the German BGB

A consumer is defined as any natural person who concludes a legal transaction wich can be attributed neither to its commercial nor independent professional work.

Cancellation policy

As a customer you have within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the goods the right to, without naming a reason, revoke your contract.

In order to announce your revocation we need a clear explanation of your desire in text form, e.g. by written letter, fax or email about your will to revoke your contract. Your expression of will to revoke your contract is to be addressed to:

Consequences

If you make use of your right of revocation we have by legal obligation to refund all payments which you have made to us, including delivery costs. Exceptions are additional costs that resulted from return delivery which go beyond the cheapest shipping method recommended by us.

We can refuse your refund in the case of revocation until we have received the return of our goods, or until you have provided proof that you have already returned the goods.

The return of your goods must be sent back to us immediately, at the latest 7 days after notification of the revocation.

We may deduct any loss of value of the goods from your payout amount if the loss of value is due to the fact that the goods were used beyond the necessary use for testing the condition, properties and functioning.

Terms of delivery

The dispatch of our goods takes place on request world-wide.

Unless stated as "free shipping, the shipping fee for Germany is 4.90 € per order. From a value of goods of 50,00 € the shipping in Germany is always free of charge.

Unless stated as "free shipping", the flat rate for shipping within countries of the European Union as well as the UK and Andora is 7,90 € per order. From a value of goods of 75,00 € the shipping within countries of the European Union as well as the UK and Andora is always free of charge.

The flat rate for shipping worldwide is 61,50€. We currently can't offer free shipping worldwide.

In the case of multiple orders with goods with a future release date (pre-orders), reimbursement of double shipping costs is possible on request, the shipment of the items will then only take place with the release date of the last item of the orders.

We ship items only against prepayment via one of the payment methods we offer. The advance payment is to be made at the time of the order.

Unless otherwise agreed with you, the shipment will take place immediately. For items with a future release date shipment will take place upon arrival of the items at our warehouse location in Berlin.

Only DHL will be used as the shipping service provider.

Unfortunately, a personal pick-up is not possible due to the structure of our offices.

In case of unsuccessful delivery (especially incorrect address information on or no pick-up/appointment with the delivery company), you will bear the costs of a future resending.

Widerrufsrecht für Verbraucher im Sinne des BGB

Als Verbraucher definiert wird jede natürliche Person welche ein Rechtsgeschäft abschließt, und dieses weder Ihrer gewerblichen noch selbstständigen beruflichen Arbeit zugerechnet werden kann.

Widerrufsbelehrung

Als Kunde haben Sie das recht innerhalb von vierzehn (14) Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware ohne Nennung eines Grundes Ihren Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Um Ihren Widerruf bekannt zu geben benötigen wir eine eindeutige Erklärung Ihres Wunsches in Textform, z.B. per Post, Fax oder Email Ihren Vertrag zu widerrufen. Der Widerruf ist zu richten an:

Folgen des Widerrufs

Sofern Sie von Ihrem Widerrufsrecht gebrauch machen haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, welche Sie an uns geleistet haben, einschließlich Lieferkosten zu erstatten. Ausnahme sind zusätzliche Kosten durch Rücklieferung welche über die von uns Empfohlene, günstigste Versandart hinausgehen.

Wir können Ihre Rückzahlung bei Widerruf verweigern bis wir die Ihnen übersandte Ware zurückerhalten haben, oder bis Sie einen Nachweis erbracht haben die Ware bereits zurückgesandt zu haben.

Die Rücksendung Ihrer Waren muss unverzüglich, spätestens 7 Tage nach Mitteilung über den Widerrufes an uns zurückgesandt werden.

Etwaigen Wertverlust der Ware dürfen wir von unserem Auszahlungsbetrag abziehen wenn der Wertverlust darauf zurückzuführen ist das die Ware über den notwendigen Gebrauch zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise hinaus verwendet wurde.

Lieferbedingungen

Der Versand unserer Waren erfolgt auf Wunsch weltweit.

Sofern nicht als kostenloser Versand angegeben, beträgt die Versandkostenpauschale für Deutschland 4,90 € pro Bestellung. Ab einem Warenwert von 50,00 € ist der Versand in Deutschland immer kostenfrei.

Die Versandkostenpauschale für weltweiten Versand beträgt 61,50 €. Leider können wir keinen kostenlosen weltweiten Versand anbieten.

Bei mehreren Bestellungen mit Waren mit einem zukünftigen Erscheinungsdatum (Vorbestellungen) ist die Erstattung der doppelten Versandkosten auf Anfrage möglich, der Versand der Artikel erfolgt dann erst mit Erscheinungsdatum des letzten Artikels der Bestellungen.

Wir versenden Artikel ausschließlich gegen Vorauszahlung über eine der von uns angebotenen Zahlungsmethoden. Die Vorauszahlung ist mit Zeitpunkt der Bestellung zu leisten.

Sofern keine anderweitige Vereinbarung mit Ihnen getroffen wurde, erfolgt der Versand unmittelbar, bei Artikeln mit zukünftigen Erscheinungsdatum mit Ankunft der Artikel in unserem Lagerstandort Berlin.

Als Versanddienstleister kommt ausschließlich DHL zum Einsatz.

Eine Persönliche Abholung ist aufgrund der Struktur unserer Büroräume leider nicht möglich.

Bei nicht erfolgreicher Zustellung (insbesondere fehlerhafte Adressangaben Ihrerseits oder keine Abholung/Terminvereinbarung mit dem Lieferunternehmen) tragen Sie die Kosten der erneuten Zusendung.
